Shipping Policy – Aura Finds

Thank you for shopping with Aura Finds. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, which includes payment verification, packing, and dispatch.

  • Shipping Time:
    Begins after the order has been processed and picked up by our shipping partner.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you with your tracking number and courier information.

Note: During peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Estimated Shipping Times

We ship worldwide with tracking provided. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom:
    4–10 business days

  • Rest of the World:
    7–16 business days

Note: In rare cases, shipping may take longer due to unforeseen delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, or local carrier issues). If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will send a free replacement package.

Shipping delays may be more common during high-volume periods such as November–December or major sales events.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Aura Finds is not responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.


Tracking & Order Status

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • You can also track your order directly on our website via the Track Your Order page using your tracking number.

Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, is missing, or you believe it was lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@aura-finds.com.

  2. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by reshipping the item or providing a refund, as appropriate.

Important: Aura Finds is not liable for lost parcels due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure all billing and shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
