Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund within 14 days via your original payment method.
Important: Opened hygiene items (e.g. skincare, cosmetics, patches) are excluded from this right and cannot be returned.

Haven’t Received Your Order?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@aura-finds.com. We’ll investigate with the courier. If the package is lost, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund.
